En segundo lugar y muy lejos se ubic\u00f3\u00a0el binomio conformado por Bienvenido Rodr\u00edguez Basalo y Ornella Serra (5.225). Est\u00e1 segunda lista era patrocinada, adem\u00e1s de cumplir funci\u00f3n de apoderada y principal promotora, por la presidente del Colegio de Abogados local la Dra.
