{"id":57739,"date":"2020-04-18T13:06:08","date_gmt":"2020-04-18T16:06:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lanusnoticias.com.ar\/web\/?p=57739"},"modified":"2020-04-18T13:06:08","modified_gmt":"2020-04-18T16:06:08","slug":"por-la-cuarentena-grindetti-pidio-extender-el-plazo-del-pago-voluntario-de-las-infracciones-de-transito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lanusnoticias.com.ar\/web\/por-la-cuarentena-grindetti-pidio-extender-el-plazo-del-pago-voluntario-de-las-infracciones-de-transito\/","title":{"rendered":"POR LA CUARENTENA, GRINDETTI PIDI\u00d3 EXTENDER EL PLAZO DEL PAGO VOLUNTARIO DE LAS INFRACCIONES DE TRANSITO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Jefe Comunal pidi\u00f3 que ese beneficio rija hasta un mes despu\u00e9s del levantamiento del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio que dispuso el Gobierno Nacional, como consecuencia de la pandemia del coronavirus, Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>En una nota elevada al titular del tribunal, Emiliano Bursese, Grindetti fundament\u00f3 la solicitud ante \u201cla situaci\u00f3n imperante en nuestro pa\u00eds, espec\u00edficamente en la provincia de Buenos Aires y en nuestro partido de Lan\u00fas, en relaci\u00f3n a la pandemia que nos est\u00e1 azotando\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido advirti\u00f3 al \u00f3rgano judicial que \u201cse deben implementar la mayor cantidad de medidas tendientes a aliviar las condiciones de habitabilidad y calidad de vida de la comunidad lanusense\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A partir del nuevo decreto del Gobierno Nacional que establece la continuidad del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio hasta el 26 de abril, Grindetti consider\u00f3 oportuno el pedido al Tribunal de Faltas para que tome en cuenta la pr\u00f3rroga en el beneficio del pago voluntario de todas las infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n<p>A propuesta del intendente de Lan\u00fas, la extensi\u00f3n del beneficio, para quienes tuvieran ese per\u00edodo de pago vencido, deber\u00eda trasladarse hasta un mes despu\u00e9s de establecido el levantamiento del aislamiento obligatorio por la pandemia del coronavirus.<\/p>\n<div id=\"lanus-3605984711\" class=\"lanus-despues-del-contenido\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-7711057628815647\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:inline-block;width:0px;height:0px;\" \ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7711057628815647\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"\"><\/ins> \n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
