Es el sistema de evaluaci\u00f3n que se utiliza en el mundo del espect\u00e1culo, donde hay una c\u00e1mara adelante, y el actor, modelo o conductor demuestra sus competencias t\u00e9cnicas, poniendo en juego las competencias interpersonales (impacto personal, entusiasmo, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"COLOR: black; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: ES-TRAD\">En la entrevista laboral pasa algo similar.
