El pedido se fundamenta \u201cen la urgente necesidad de garantizar el descanso\u201d, de esos trabajadores que \u201cdesde hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o y medio vienen garantizando el derecho a una salud p\u00fablica universal, gratuita y de calidad en uno de los momentos m\u00e1s complejos que reconoce la historia de la humanidad\u201d.
