{"id":69869,"date":"2022-10-15T21:34:17","date_gmt":"2022-10-16T00:34:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lanusnoticias.com.ar\/web\/?p=69869"},"modified":"2022-10-15T21:34:17","modified_gmt":"2022-10-16T00:34:17","slug":"multan-a-carrefour-walmart-y-dia-por-incumplir-el-programa-precios-cuidados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lanusnoticias.com.ar\/web\/multan-a-carrefour-walmart-y-dia-por-incumplir-el-programa-precios-cuidados\/","title":{"rendered":"MULTAN A CARREFOUR, WALMART Y D\u00cdA POR INCUMPLIR EL PROGRAMA PRECIOS CUIDADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Comercio mult\u00f3 a varias cadenas de supermercados por m\u00e1s de $ 400 millones por incumplimientos respecto de precios, stock y la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n del programa Precios Cuidados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por infracciones a los art\u00edculos 4\u00b0 y 7\u00b0 de la Ley de Defensa del Consumidor (N\u00b0 24.240), fueron multados los supermercados Carrefour, con $ 217.500.000; D\u00eda, con $ 138.600.000; y Walmart, con $ 26.600.000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la dependencia estatal, tambi\u00e9n fueron sancionados Jumbo por $19.200.000; Coto, con $ 2.400.000; y Josimar, con $ 450.000. De esta manera, las multas efectivizadas por la Secretar\u00eda alcanzan un total de $ 404.750.000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este sentido, desde la Secretar\u00eda de Comercio explicaron que \u201cse encuentra trabajando en ordenar los precios para llevar previsibilidad a la mesa de los argentinos\u201d. \u201cAdem\u00e1s de regularizar las multas, se est\u00e1n agilizando los procesos de los fideicomisos y poniendo en marcha el nuevo ordenamiento para la trazabilidad de las importaciones\u201d, agregaron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la misma l\u00ednea, el Gobierno nacional public\u00f3 ayer en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial la resoluci\u00f3n que refuerza la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de rotulados y etiquetas para evitar confusi\u00f3n de productos a la hora de comprar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, verificadores de la Secretar\u00eda encabezan diariamente operativos en distintos comercios, para corroborar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos voluntarios que se establecen con diferentes sectores.
