{"id":70188,"date":"2022-11-17T15:41:17","date_gmt":"2022-11-17T18:41:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lanusnoticias.com.ar\/web\/?p=70188"},"modified":"2022-11-17T15:43:37","modified_gmt":"2022-11-17T18:43:37","slug":"diputado-pro-busca-que-los-fondos-que-gira-nacion-a-provincia-sean-coparticipados-con-los-municipios-de-manera-automatica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lanusnoticias.com.ar\/web\/diputado-pro-busca-que-los-fondos-que-gira-nacion-a-provincia-sean-coparticipados-con-los-municipios-de-manera-automatica\/","title":{"rendered":"DIPUTADO PRO BUSCA QUE LOS FONDOS QUE GIRA NACI\u00d3N A PROVINCIA SEAN COPARTICIPADOS CON LOS MUNICIPIOS DE MANERA AUTOM\u00c1TICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Proyecto de Ley \u201cSistema de Gesti\u00f3n y control de Fondos espec\u00edficos para Municipios\u201d refiere que todos aquellos fondos que el Gobierno Nacional le transfiere a la Provincia (Fondo de Infraestructura Municipal y de Seguridad), tiene que ser coparticipado con los Municipios Bonaerenses de forma autom\u00e1tica por ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTenemos que terminar con la discrecionalidad en el reparto de los fondos que llegan a la provincia desde el gobierno nacional, hay que buscar un mecanismo autom\u00e1tico y transparente que garantice que los fondos lleguen a los distritos sin importar el color pol\u00edtico y pensando en la gente distribuyendo de manera equitativa tomando en cuenta el CUD y los ingresos\u00bb, expres\u00f3 Urreli, autor de la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>El presente sistema es aplicable a los fondos previstos en los art\u00edculos 51 y 53 de la Ley N\u00b015.310 y a todo fondo que, con el objeto de fortalecer las pol\u00edticas municipales en diversas materias, sea creado en el presupuesto provincial.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la asignaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de los recursos a los Municipios, ser\u00e1 realizada mediante un coeficiente combinado compuesto, en un CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50%) por el Coeficiente \u00danico de Distribuci\u00f3n conforme lo establecido en la Ley N\u00b0 10.559 (texto ordenado seg\u00fan Decreto N\u00b0 1.069\/95) y en un CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50%) de acuerdo a los ingresos corrientes percibidos durante el ejercicio anterior al de la creaci\u00f3n del fondo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los Municipios deber\u00e1n rendir cuentas de los fondos transferidos ante el Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas, seg\u00fan lo estipulado en la Ley N\u00b0 10.869.<\/p>\n<div id=\"lanus-4027374348\" class=\"lanus-despues-del-contenido\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-7711057628815647\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:inline-block;width:0px;height:0px;\" \ndata-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7711057628815647\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"\"><\/ins> \n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
