En ese sentido sostiene \u00c1lvarez que el gobierno nacional no tiene jurisdicci\u00f3n sobre las facultades de las administraciones municipales.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Como se recordar\u00e1, el ejecutivo municipal justific\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de la tasa del 2% sobre las naftas bas\u00e1ndose en la \u201cpol\u00edtica recesiva del gobierno nacional\u201d que hab\u00eda provocado una baja sensible en la recaudaci\u00f3n impositiva.
