Ante el incremento de la inseguridad en pleno centro, los residentes dirigieron sus reclamos de forma en\u00e9rgica hacia\u00a0<strong>Sebasti\u00e1n Castillo<\/strong>, Secretario de Seguridad local.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSin embargo, lejos de brindar respuestas o contener las quejas, el funcionario opt\u00f3 por abandonar el grupo vecinal de WhatsApp. Esta decisi\u00f3n gener\u00f3 una profunda sensaci\u00f3n de abandono e impotencia entre los habitantes de la zona, quienes esperaban un compromiso real frente a la ola de robos que atraviesa el distrito\u00bb.
