Entre los puntos m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos se\u00f1alados por el organismo se encuentran pagos millonarios realizados sin la correspondiente orden de compra y un deficiente registro de uso que impide verificar si el insumo fue efectivamente utilizado para las tareas de prevenci\u00f3n del delito.<\/div>\n<div data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIAhAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"Y3BBE\" data-sfc-cp=\"\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-hveid=\"CAEIAxAA\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">Si bien la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad ha sido el foco de las cr\u00edticas vecinales por la falta de patrullaje en los barrios, el fallo administrativo recae sobre la figura del intendente Juli\u00e1n \u00c1lvarez como m\u00e1ximo responsable de la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria.
