como pruebas perdidas (fotos que se le velaron a la polic\u00eda), ning\u00fan testigo encontrado, no hubo pericias por la misma.<\/font><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=\"justify\"><font face=\"tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\" size=\"3\">&quot;Casi toda nuestra primera etapa de duelo debimos padecerla con la <span style=\"COLOR: red\">INJUSTICIA.<\/span> Tuvimos que luchar aportando pruebas, testigos, pagar Peritos en forma privada; las pericias que el Estado debi\u00f3 haber<span>&nbsp; <\/span>hecho en su debido momento, como la pericia planimetrica<span>&nbsp;<\/span>y la accidentol\u00f3gica.&quot; <\/font><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: justify\" align=\"justify\"><font face=\"tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif\" size=\"3\">&quot;Nos cost\u00f3 mucho pero lo logramos, en esta lucha ahora estamos llegando casi al final, porque no sabemos si esto va a ser el final\u2026Nosotros vamos a seguir luchando siempre, para &nbsp;que haya <span style=\"COLOR: red\">JUSTICIA,<\/span> porque en&nbsp;
